JAMES MAXWELL
Chief Operations Officer
James Maxwell is the COO and Lead Welding Fabricator at JM3. As the company’s lead welder, he is responsible for the assembly and finish of the products. James is a proud American who is grateful to be growing a small business at such a young age. If he is not working late nights in the shop, James enjoys reading, hunting, and working outdoors.
JOEL MAXWELL
Chief Executive Officer
Joel Maxwell is the CEO at JM3. He brings 26+ years of experience in technology and automation to the company. His background in National and Homeland Security is an asset to serving both public and private clients. When Joel is not beta testing or consulting, he can be found spending time with his family and friends.
JOHN P. MAXWELL
Chief Director of Research & Development
John Maxwell is the Chief Director of R&D at JM3. As an Industrial Technology Engineer, he fully utilizes his extensive knowledge of software and processes to design parts for fabrication. John is proud to be continuing the family legacy as a third-generation entrepreneur. When the weather is nice, John enjoys golfing and fishing in the mountains.
